Rustic handmade Joshua Tree wooden trivets made in the heart of the Mojave Desert!

Each rustic trivet is totally unique and hand-transferred, then sealed with butcher block oil for a food-safe, durable finish. All wood is sourced from either sustainable farms or fallen timber.

Each trivet depicts one of four distinct hand-transferred designs depicting the mighty Joshua tree. (Yucca brevifolia) And did you know that each design is based on an actual Joshua Tree seen on my daily hikes in the Joshua Tree wilderness? No generic vector art from a stock supplier here, these are the actual trees I visit every day! You can see photos of the actual trees (ie my muses!) at sunset in the photo set above.

Trivets vary slightly in size because of the uniqueness of the wood they are created with, but these basswood trivets are roughly 7-9" in diameter.


POSSIBLE USES:

Trivet (or hot pad) for hot pans and cooking
Plant Saucer or Pad to protect furniture from water damage
Cheese or serving platter
